More World Champions Use Energy Release Than Any Other Additive. Period!

Engine • Transmission • Differential • 2-Cycle and More...

Energy Release. Energy Release Antifriction Metal Conditioner is used by some of the greatest racers and most distinguished teams in the world. They rely on Energy Release Antifriction Metal Conditioner products to help reduce friction and increase performance in their vehicles. Applied High Performance Products is proud to offer these teams a true competitive advantage over their opponents. Energy Release products are used by all of our sponsored racers and all endorsements are a result of genuine satisfaction or ER’s performance.

Energy Release. Energy Release Antifriction Metal Conditioner IS NOT an oil treatment. Energy Release Metal Conditioner is Carried by Oil to points of friction, heat generation and wear, treating those areas directly. Energy Release Engine Treatment is the Only Oil Additive that can be used in every lubricated system of your vehicle (not brake fluid). Adding Energy Release to engines and all lubricated systems helps eliminate oil related failures caused by lubrication break down. Applied High Performance Products recommends using Energy Release Antifriction Metal Conditioner to anyone who is serious about cutting engine repair costs and extending the life of their vehicle components.

Energy Release. What is Energy Release Antifriction Metal Conditioner?

Energy Release. Energy Release Antifriction Metal Conditioner, commonly known as ER, is a liquid chemical formula to be added to your existing oil to improve and protect moving metal parts.  Energy Release treats metal surfaces in a time-temperature-pressure relationship.  The higher the temperature or pressure, the shorter the time it takes to condition metal parts.  Energy Release is not an oil or lubricant.  Energy Release Metal Conditioner is carried by lubricants – oil, water, hydraulic fluid, compressors – to points of friction.  Energy Release is a pure undiluted complex chemical formula that contains organic and synthetic compounds. Energy Release mixes readily with petroleum and synthetic lubricants such as oils, greases, ATF/hydraulic fluids and can even be used in air conditioning systems.

Energy Relase treats the metal itself rather than the oil.  Energy Release bonds to the Ferrous reaction sites that are available in the surface asperities of wear metals. By bonding to the microscopic pits, Energy Release significantly smoothes and at the same time strengthens the surface of Ferrous metals.  ER seals rough pores, inhibits galling and smoothes the roughness of the metal surface without changing any tolerances. This process dramatically reduces the coefficient of friction and wear between moving metal parts.  Less friction means less heat is generated.  The result is less wear.

Energy Release Racing Products.

More World Champion Racers Use Energy Release Than Any Other Additive. Energy Release Products Perform, Protect and Extend the Life of Your Vechicle.

  • Energy Release has been Tested and Proven Since 1985
  • Energy Release is Heat-Activated
  • Energy Release is 100% Pure Concentrate
  • Energy Release Does Not Contain PTFE, moly, graphite, lead, zinc, metals or petroleum
  • Energy Release IS NOT Diluted With Oil. ER IS NOT an oil treatment. The oil is a carrier for Energy Release in the engine to points of friction, heat generation and wear.
  • Energy Release Mixes Readily with Petroleum and Synthetic Lubricants
  • Energy Release dramatically Reduces the Coefficient of Friction and Wear Between Moving Metal Parts
  • Energy Release is Nonflammable, Non-toxic, and Biodegradable
  • Energy Release Can be Used in Every Lubricated System of Your Vehicle

Summary: Energy Release. Energy Release Antifriction Metal Conditioner is activated by heat & friction and treats those areas directly. Energy Release treats metal surfaces in a time-temperature-pressure relationship.  When Energy Release Antifriction Metal Conditioner is carried by lubricants to heat and pressure points, wherever there is friction, the polishing effect caused by Energy Release modifying the surface of the metal, releases the machinery to work smoother, freer and cooler, thus, reducing energy consumption and extending the life of the components.

What are some of the Benefits of Using Energy Release?

When friction and wear are reduced in any vehicle or equipment that has moving parts, any of the following may occur:

  • Increased Performance
  • Improved Combustion Efficiency
  • Increased Fuel Economy
  • Reduced Operating Temperatures
  • Quieter Operation
  • Reduced Oil Consumption
  • Extended Oil Life
  • Easier Cold Starts
  • Prolonged Vehicle Life
Energy Release Applications
  • Engine Crankcase
  • Manual Transmission
  • Automatic Transmission
  • Differentials/Transfer Case
  • Power Steering
  • Wheel Bearing
  • C.V. Joints
  • Heavy Truck Wheel Bearing Hubs
  • 2 Cycle Fuel
  • Hydraulics

  • Cutting & Tapping – cutters, drills, taps, reamers and punches

Energy Release. Energy Release Questions and Answers

Q. What makes Energy Release different than other additives?

A. Energy Release. Energy Release is the only “Pure Concentrate” available.  Energy Release Metal Conditioner can be used in all lubricated systems of your vehicle and is non-toxic, nonflammable and environmentally safe.  ER does not contain fortifiers commonly found in other additives such as Teflon, zinc, moly, lead, or graphite. Energy Release Antifriction Metal Conditioner IS NOT an oil Treatment. Energy Release is carried to points of friction, heat generation and wear. ER is activated by heat & friction, treating those areas directly.
